Make home made tzatziki tonight!
I just served this easy to make tzatziki recipe as a side with farmer’s market fresh pita bread, Indian spiced eggplant and grilled veggie pies. If you have any tzatziki left over, it’s delicious the next day as a topping on eggs!
If you don’t have time to make your own hummus, visit Oren’s Hummus at the Saratoga Farmers Market. Oren’s by far has the best tasting hummus I have ever had! What do I like about Oren’s Hummus? Unlike some store bought brands, Oren’s uses olive oil instead of canola oil in their hummus recipe. The hummus is also non gmo, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free! And of course it goes perfectly with this homemade Tzatziki!
