I love to try new recipes, but recipes without technique can be quite disappointing. When you master some basic techniques in Indian cooking, you will be able to present your family and friends with deliciously meals every time.
- Cooking lessons are offered in your home or at a kitchen at your place of business.
- Each lesson is two hours and all the ingredients and equipment are supplied. This class is a total of 3 hours. The first two hours includes the cooking lesson and the last hour the group will enjoy the lunch we have prepared.
- Each student will receive an ebook with all the recipes from the class and the three spice blends(masalas) we used in class.
- Minimum number of students is 8.
